This is the first state-of-the-art substation designed according to the modular principle at the disposal of Vologdaenergo.
Vologdaenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West has completed works on assembly of 35/10 kV “Druzhba” modular substation in the Veliky Ustyug District, Vologda Region. The amount of investments has made approximately 125 mln RUB. This is the first state-of-the-art substation designed according to the modular principle at the disposal of Vologdaenergo. Commissioning of 35/10 kV “Druzhba” substation will ensure reliable power supply for consumers in the Veliky Ustyug District as well as for regionally significant projects inclusive of “Veliky Ustyug – Homeland of Ded Moroz”. In the future, the company will be able to energize from the substation facilities currently under construction: the Ice Palace, House of Ded Moroz and Entertainment Park.
