TMK announces the appointment of Sergey Chetverikov, previously Managing Director of Sinarsky Pipe Plant, to the position of Managing Director of Volzhsky Pipe Plant. Alexander Lyalkov, who concurrently held the positions of Managing Director of Volzhsky Pipe Plant and Senior Vice-President of TMK, will continue his career as Senior Vice-President with TMK Management Company.

Vyacheslav Popkov, previously CFO at Sinarsky Pipe Plant, was appointed as its Managing Director.
