The participantes discussed the questions in sphere of tariff regulation, budgeting and the finance. Participants of meeting have discussed forthcoming changes of the federal legislation in sphere of state regulation of tariffs for services of the electronetwork companies, changes in system of key indicators of efficiency, principles of formation of budgets for 2012, innovations in the Russian standards of accounting.
In IDGC ofVolga, JSC the realization of a policy of optimization of expenses and increase of operational efficiency will proceed. The policy of loans of the company also will be adapted for conditions of instability of a situation in the financial markets.
The Deputy General Director of IDGC of Volga, JSC on Economy and the Finance Irina Puchkova said: «In the conditions of restriction of growth of tariffs on transfer of the electric power and a position of the Government of the Russian Federation on reduction of operational and investment costs of the state corporations and the companies supervised by the state formation and realization of programs of management by costs, working out of actual and effective mechanisms of control of their execution becomes a key problem for the Society».
