This document is the official confirmation of readiness of the electronetwork enterprise by winter. Process of preparation of the power equipment to colds includes carrying out repair work, maintenance and equipment reconstruction, and also the special events directed on successful passing of an autumn and winter maximum of loadings. In the current year the passport of readiness is received much earlier, than in previous years. It is result of the policy directed on most short time of preparation of the power equipment and the personnel to work in winter conditions. During preparation for work in the autumn and winter period Mordovenergo branch executed 159 special events, among which - check of operability of various systems of power objects; motor transport preparation for transportation of people during winter time, ensuring readiness of load-lifting cars and mechanisms. Special instructing and antiemergency trainings of the personnel in work in the conditions of low temperatures were carried out. One of the main objectives on preparation of the electronetwork equipment for the period coming autumn winter is successful carrying out repair campaign. According to schedules of works 226,3 kilometers of lines of 35-110 kV, 521,5 kilometers of air-lines of 10/0,4 kV are repaired, planned repair work on 16 substations of 35-110 quarter is complete. The emergency reserve of materials, the equipment and spare parts is completed for 100 %. During four joint trainings from Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia on the Republic of Mordovia and local executive authorities interaction at elimination of the emergency situations connected with threat of violation of power supply in the conditions of low temperatures is fulfilled. In Mordovenergo branch passed four planned antiemergency trainings directed on prevention of emergencies in the conditions of low temperatures of external air. On the basis of the act of total check on September 21 to IDGC of Volga branch - "Mordovenergo" handed over the availability for service Passport during the autumn and winter period of 2012/2013.
