By results of carrying out monitoring Non-profit partnership «Russian institute of directors» raised the rating assessment appropriated before IDGC of Volga, JSC to NRKU 7 level + «The developed practice of corporate governance» by scale of the National rating of corporate governance. In according with scale of national rating of corporate governance Company observes requirements of the Russian legislation in the field of corporate governance, follows the most part of recommendations of the Russian Code of corporate behavior and separate recommendations of the international advanced practice of corporate governance, and also is characterized by rather low risks of losses of the owners connected with quality of corporate governance.
