During the first six months of this year, the employees of seven Production Departments of Saratov Distribution Grids (SDG), a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), struggling for reliable power supplies to residents of the Saratov region repaired the equipment at fifty-four 35-110 kV substations, including fifty-eight 35-110 kV power transformers, three hundred and nine 6-110 kV circuit breakers. Power sector specialists also replaced 26 entries of power transformers and 149 stick pedestal insulators. Staff of High-Voltage Line Services of SDG's Production Departments overhauled 407.5 km of 35-110 kV power transmission lines (this value is higher than the target value for six months by 58.1%). Personnel involved in the repair campaign replaced 4,348 insulators, adjusted the dimensions and replaced 25 km of wires and thirty 35-110 kV poles. To meet right-of-way width standards, SDG cleared and expanded 319.2 ha of 35-110 kV power line routes and 157.3 ha of 6-10 kV power line routes. The works were performed on a non-contracted basis using 10 units of special mulching machinery. Timely and skillful repair campaign launched by SDG's professionals contributes to continuous power supplies to consumers residing in the Saratov region.
