Accounts receivable of contracting parties to Samara Distribution Grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), for the provided power supply and transmission services currently totals more than 1 billion rubles. The major part of the debt is owed to the regional Territorial Grid Companies (TSO) of the region and the housing and communal complex. Persistent violators of payment discipline are Volgotsemmash, LLC; Stavropol Electric Grid, LLC; Network Company, JSC; PC Autocomponent Syzran, LLC; Solly-Energo, JSC; Electroset-Volga, CJSC; Samara experimental plant, CJSC; El-Transit Plus, LLC; Dolina-Center-S, LLC; Energo, LLC. Among consumers of the above mentioned power grid operators are public and socially important facilities, shopping malls, oil and gas complex companies, cold storage facility and construction of residential districts in the 23-th km of Moscow Highway. Non-payments to IDGC of Volga, PJSC will eventually have a negative impact on consumers of the debtor companies as to maintain the reliability of the electric grid, fully implement the repair and investment programs, as well as major events of industrial activity constant investments are required. Failure of the TSO to comply with their obligations to pay for the services of IDGC of Volga, PJSC is a negative factor for the electrical security of entire Samara region.
