An inspection of the metrological service was held at IDGC of Volga, PJSC According to its results, the Department for Metrology and Power Quality Control was the first among similar divisions of subsidiaries and affiliates of Rosseti, PJSC to be registered as an authorized expert organization in the Calibration System of Measuring Instruments of Rosseti Group of Companies.

The Commission concluded that the qualifications and experience of the staff in the metrological service of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, the skill improvement work, the existing system of quality assurance of calibrations meet the specified requirements.

All measuring instruments must be tested or calibrated. In order to achieve this goal, the Calibration System of Measuring Instruments of Rosseti Group of Companies was established. A permanent Commission for metrological support and power quality control acts as the registration authority.

 The calibration system of measuring instruments enables to unify the approach to the metrological support for monitoring the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
