RT-Energotrading LLC is one of the major debtors of IDGC of Volga, PJSC in Saratov region for power transmission services. This repayment discipline offender failed to pay IDGC of Volga almost 38 mln rubles for the period from January 2017 to February 2018.
Indebtedness for power transmission services of Energoholding LLC is over 2.1 mln rubles. Moreover, half of the amount specified was to be repaid by the company to IDGC of Volga as long ago as in January 2017.
Permanent non-payers, such as Nezavisimost Power Supply Company LLC and EnergoService Povolzhye LLC, accumulated nearly 5.4 mln and 2.1 mln rubles of debt respectively.
The debtors’ referencing to the tough economic situation and non-payments of their own customers is invalid. Solving an issue with the indebtedness of a number of contracting parties is an illustrative evidence of the above case. For instance, Saratovenergo, PJSC, which is the largest regional power supply company not only repaid its accounts receivable some months ago but also regularly makes advance payments for the power transmission services. Another contracting party, SPGES LLC, has significantly improved its payment discipline despite being a little behind the payment schedule.
These examples show that it is quite possible to solve the debt issue, provided payment discipline is not neglected and all efforts are used to develop the activities on collection of funds from the customers, receipt of bank credits, etc. IDGC of Volga, PJSC is ready to hold a constructive dialogue with each contracting party and considers all suggestions regarding settlement of the issues related to the power transmission services debts. The management of the corporate debtors should in their turn take efforts to manage the current situation.
