The International Forum is held from 3rd to 6th October in Moscow and brings together representatives of the largest energy companies. The delegation from IDGC of Volga (a member of Rosseti) traditionally participates in a busy business program.

In the format of panel discussions, the leading fuel and energy companies and world experts discuss the global challenges facing the electric power industry today: digital transformation of the industry, improvement of the energy efficiency, the reliability and quality of power supply. Traditionally, the focus is on the preparation of electric power facilities for the upcoming maximum loads.

The results of a large-scale campaign of the Russian energy industry workers in preparation for the autumn-winter period of 2018/2019 were announced at the All-Russian meeting with the participation of General Directors of subsidiaries and dependent companies of Rosseti, PJSC. The forum also included a presentation of the energy efficiency rating, which assesses the efforts of power grid companies, aimed at reducing losses in grids, application of modern technologies, and development of the infrastructure. According to the rating, IDGC of Volga entered the top ten.
