Since the turn of the year, the employees of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids, the branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti), made 1,147 technological connections of consumer facilities with the total maximum power of more than 26.8 MW.
Such facilities include private residential houses located not only in the suburban area under construction, but also in the most remote locations, facilities which are socially and economically important for the region, industrial and agricultural enterprises. Since the beginning of the year, 365 legal entities and 782 individuals have become consumers of the branch’s services. The largest residential complex in the center of the city of Ulyanovsk has become the largest of the newly added facilities.
Also, two allotment associations in the Ulyanovsky district, a poultry farm in the administrative center of the Tsilninsky district, farms in the Zemlyanichnenskoye rural settlement of the Baryshsky district and the village of Kadyshevo in the Karsunsky district, street lighting facilities in the Bazarnosyzgansky and Melekessky districts, a fire station in the village of Korzhevka of the Inzensky district have been connected to the branch’s power grids. In addition, the power suppliers provided lighting of the obelisk monument to fallen soldiers in the village of Kuvshinovka, Zheleznodorozhny district of the city of Ulyanovsk. Technological connection of new consumers to the electrical grids is one of the priority areas of activities performed by Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids Branch which promotes social and economic development of Ulyanovsk region. To date, the branch received 1,696 applications for technological connection.
