The Samara Distribution Grids branch was awarded the Gratitude by the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities of the Samara Region

The Ministry of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities of the Samara Region held a solemn ceremony of awarding the participants of the All-Russian Festival #TogetherBrighter. The branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (included in the Rosseti Group) - Samara Distribution Grids was awarded with Gratitude from the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities of the Samara Region for the active participation and valuable contribution to the organization and holding of the Festival in the region. Following the results of 2018, the Samara region is at the forefront in the implementation of the #TogetherBrighter festival among the leading regions of the Russian Federation.

The website of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, officially noted the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Public Services of the Samara Region among the advanced ones in this work. “Together with the work carried out by the fuel and energy complex companies of the region, our region maintains a leading position in the implementation of the festival’s activities. Many thanks to the companies for the efforts they are making in the framework of festival promotion, for joint and fruitful work,”-said Mikhail Tatarintsev, Deputy Minister of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities of the Samara Region. Samara Distribution Grids traditionally take an active part in holding the Festival. The events started back at the beginning of last year - a photo exhibition “Energetic - Sounds Proudly!” was organized, dedicated to the work of energy companies, including in the framework of the #TogetherBrighter.

 The lessons on “Ecology and energy saving”, integrated into educational activities for the prevention of electrical injury in children in preschool and school educational institutions of the Samara region, were held; flash mob was organized among the employees of the branch with the festival hashtags. An Open Day was held at the 110 kV substation Stadium for students of SamSTU. The work within the framework of the Festival #TogetherBrighter will continue in the current year. The first events are planned for the summer.

And the traditional topic lectures on “Ecology and Energy Saving” within the framework of electrical safety lessons will be held in the 3rd and 4th quarter. The 35/6 kV Khmelevka substation located in the Saratov region is repairing a power transformer T-1 and auxiliary transformers, a disconnector, a separator and a short circuit 35 kV. The substation provides electricity to the villages of Khmelevka, Krasny Tekstilshchik, Ivanovsky, the village of Bagaevka, the village of Burkin Buerak and gardening partnerships. Repair of substations will increase the reliability of power supply to consumers, extend the life cycle of electrical equipment and increase personnel safety when servicing power centers.
