ROSSETI Volga branch (brand of IDGC of Volga PJSC) - Chuvashenergo summed up the work with consumers for the first half of 2019. The services of the electric grid company continue to be in demand among the population and organizations of the Chuvash Republic. Most of all, the service of technological connection to power grids is in demand.
In total, 1,307 applications were received from consumers for technological connection to the grids of the Chuvashenergo branch, including 395 through the personal account on the company's website. 1,116 contracts (subject to entries submitted in the earlier periods) for technological connection for a total maximum power of about 24,076 kW were concluded.
Power engineers on a regular basis perform works on improving the quality and convenience of rendered services. Today consumers have an opportunity to address to the power grid company in any convenient way. To get the service of technological connection of entities with the volume of electric power consumption up to 150 kW, it is not necessary to visit the customer service offices. It is enough to fill in the electronic application form in the "Personal account" on the company's website www.mrsk-volgi.ru and then in the "online" to track the stages of the procedure. Currently, also there is opportunity to sign the contract with an electronic digital signature (EDS) in the "Personal account". The applicant can sign the contract by phone, via SMS.

Also, for the convenience of customers, applications are accepted in each of the districts of power grids of the branch and by sending them via "Russian Post".

Messages are processed centrally in unified service moderation of ROSSETI PJSC. The response period is eight working days from the date of publication: during this time, either the problem will be eliminated, or the applicant will be given an answer with the time required to resolve the issue.
