Specialists of the Rosseti Volga branch (brand of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) - Mordovenergo are actively working on the implementation of the maintenance and repair program. According to the plan, 1 substation of 110/10 kV and 1 substation of 35/10 kV will be repaired in September this year. 102 transformer substations of 10/0,4 kV and 206.23 km of 35-110 kV overhead lines will also be repaired.

Besides, at transformer substations of settlements of the Republic employees of branch will make replacement of 2,9 km of the 0,4-10 kV uninsulated exits on overhead lines with the protected wire which considerably reduces possibility of emergency shutdowns. Clearing of glades is intensively carried out. It is planned to treat an area of over 41.13 hectares.

The largest volume of works on clearing accounts for Kovylkinsky PD (more than 19.92 ha). All ongoing works are an integral part of the repair campaign and preparation of the Mordovenergo branch for the autumn-winter period of 2019-2020.
