Over 1,200 clients called the customer service center of orenburgenergo for 3 months in 2016

The Customer Service Center of Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), accepted 239 requests for power connection, of which 70 requests have been submitted by small business entities. 236 new consumers have been connected to the power grids for three months.

The Customer Service Center is located at: 59, Karagandinskaya Str., Orenburg. It is multi-functional and is open from 10:00 a.m. till 07:00 p.m. without any break, 5/7 (from Tuesday to Saturday). Convenient location and opening hours help clients save their time and money. The Center also deals with issues related to replacement, sealing and verification of power meters, making up new technical documents to record the change of owner.

Also, there is a self-service kiosk in the hall where customers can pay for the services. Customers' requests are processed by specialists of Orenburg production department of Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga. Consultations are provided in the Center free of charge.
