The Consumer Service Center (CSC) of the Mordovenergo Branch of Rosseti Volga received 2,857 calls on various issues in 2020, of which 2,232 are applications for the technological connection (TC). As to the number of the applications filed, the activity of individuals with 1,231 applications prevails.

In 2020, 1,516 contracts for the TC were concluded for a total capacity of 29.77 MW. Most of the applications were received from enterprises of agriculture and forestry, hunting and fishing, construction, trade, repair of vehicles and the social sphere. A large number of applications for connecting to the street lighting was received from the administrations of municipal districts and rural settlements. The large-scale scope of work in 2020 was associated with the connection to the networks of 72 rural feldsher-midwife stations in all districts of the Republic of Mordovia.

At present, the effective and high quality work has been organized in Rosseti Volga and its branches in order to provide a complex service of technological connection to grids with the purpose to create an option for power consumption (output) that results in actual connection of consumers’ power plants to grid facilities.
