As of June 1, 2018, the consumers of Mordovenergo, Branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC owe over 350 million rubles for the power transmission service. Such situation is absolutely unacceptable in the context of the active preparation for the autumn and winter period, when the funds are necessary to finance the activities aimed at providing reliability of the republic power supply.
One of the largest debtors is Watt Technical Firm Joint Stock Company which as of June 1, 2018 has a debt for the power transmission service of over 108 million rubles. In the previous periods, the accounts receivable to Mordovenergo Branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC was discharged in part, however, presently the debt is accumulated for 3 settlement periods from March to May 2018.
Mordovenergo Branch, the Government of the Republic of Mordovia and the commission regularly take joint actions aimed at monitoring financial position, improvement of payment discipline, and settlement of debt payments for the fuel and power resources in the Republic of Mordovia. Every month letters of claim are sent to Watt TF JSC requiring to pay the existing debt for the power transmission services; statements of claim seeking recovery of accounts receivable of both the principal debt and interest for using of funds are submitted to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Mordovia.
